Acclaim please get 9Dragons Fixed

Dear Acclaim

We the players of your game called 9Dragons request some action on your part to get some of the more serious problems fixed within the game. A lot of players support you by buying coins and premium items, but still out complaints fall onto deaf ears. Technical support takes ages to come back with a reply if they even do.

There are some problems that have been around for many months or more than a year already. We feel you should take more urgent steps to get certain stuff fixed in the game. A lot of people who buy premium items end up losing the benefit of the item, because of server / map crashes or just an imbalance of the way the game wash made.

We would endure if you had a weekly maintenance if it would improve the current situation. Demand from your developers to fix more serious problems and some of the many bugs in the game, instead of just trying to add more stuff without fixing previous problems.

Also better communication with the players would help a lot towards keeping people happy. If you cant fix a problem or are waiting on developers to fix a problem put a notice on your forum as to what is being done about the problem, like if and when there might be a fix to their problem.
