We, the undersigned, ask Bright House Networks of Bakersfield, CA and Kern County to add the Horror Channel to its line-up when it becomes available on Halloween 2004.

Horror movies have a huge fanbase and have handled the test of time very well. Not only do I think the majority of people who subscribe to your network will gladly welcome The Horror Channel, I believe it will also provide you with plenty of NEW customers. We Want Our HORROR CHANNEL!
