Against forbidding backpacks, coats, and bags in the halls

We do not feel the need to forbid carrying backpacks, coats, and bags in the halls at the Connellsville Area High School or in any Connellsville Area school. Security can and should be maintained in another way. Backpacks and bags are a neccessity. Without the bags or backpacks, going to classes would be a struggle. School is a large place, and carrying every, single book provided throughout the halls is impossible. Please change the rule and find another way to secure our safety. Thank you.
