Against Nova Scotia Power Hike

As a resident of Nova Scotia, Canada. I am frustrated with what is going on with the constant hikes in Nova Scotia Powers rates. Every time a resident of Nova Scotia turns around, there is another hike in our essential needs. Halifax Water Commission is raising their rates, we just had a increase of 2\% in taxes, seriously how much longer do we have to keep putting up with the rates of paying to have essential needs going up. I do not see any salary, or hourly rate increases that near match what is needed. Our rate of low income living is growing and soon will be the only one existent. Specialty shops are closing everyday, any retail outlet with prices that are a little bit higher then Sobeys, Superstore, Walmart, Costco, Zellers...etc... will end up closing.
This province is being run into the ground, by the large corporations, and for some reason people keep moving here.
