Age of Conan Formal Apology

1> DirectX 10 Support: DX10 was stated very clearly on the box. It was also on the website and was on numerous other review sites as well. DirectX 10 support in Age of Conan was pulled shortly after launch to correct bugs and memory leaks and when Funcom pulled DX10 out of AoC, they promised by Mid August 2008 that DX10 would be back in the game.
2> Questlines after Tortage were horribly broken. Pyramid quests were not ready as were a lot of the different dungeons. I am told that the Pyramid quests are not broken anymore so this may not be an issue.
3> DirectX 10 in August 2008 never appeared: This was promised shortly after pulling DX10 support from launch. DirectX 10 was annouced at a German gaming convention and people were allowed to test Age of Conan with Direct X 10 during the month of August 2008. Still, No word on DirectX 10 emergence as of this petition date.
After careful review of Funcom's Website, I notice that there is a Formal code of Ethics that they adhere by. Located at: http://www.funcom.com/wsp/funcom/frontend.cgi?func=publish.show&func_id=1194&table=CONTENT
To wit:
"Customers
All our customers shall be treated with respect, integrity and understanding. We shall deal with customers' needs in the best possible manner within the business and ethical parameters that apply to FUNCOM."
So with this petition, We request a Formal Apology on behalf of Funcom for deceiving us and over-hyping their product, Age of Conan, which was not ready for launch.

2. We want to know what went wrong.
3. We want to know why you lied to us.
4. We want to know what are you going to do to correct these problems.
5. We also would like to seek monetary rebates for our launch purchase in the form of a cheque and not in free played time.
