Allow Sam Balentine To Play Petition

This petition has been made to grant permission for Sam Balentine to perform on bass guitar for the Woolwich-based band Gifted But Twisted in the 7th Annual Sagadahoc County Area Battle of The Bands. Admittedly,the root of this conflict lies in a slight ignorance of the governing sign-up rules. Prohibiting Sam from playing is a disappointment to Sam's friends and family, who were looking forward towards his first performance. We hope that an exception to the rules can be made in this case. Thank you for considering our petition.
