Anti Aliasing for Wii

We, the undersigned, believe that the Nintendo Wii should have anti aliasing installed into it's firmware. Why, you ask? According to the Opinion Research Corporation, 62 percent of American consumers own an HDTV. Nintendo seems to think that people don't want high definition, but they are wrong. There are countless online forums in which wii owners complain that the Wii is "jaggy" because of the high amount of aliasing due to the low resolution of 480p, which is the highest the Wii can output. Of course, it would be unfair to all the consumers who already purchased a Wii to release a new "Wii HD" console. So the simple solution is this: Anti Aliasing installed via Wii system update. Now we wouldn't want any performance hits while playing our favorite wii games, so the best way to use Anti aliasing on the Wii is to use the same technique that Polyphony Digital used in Gran Turismo for the PSP. With this trick, the picture is moved one pixel to the left every other frame, creating a slight blur that hides some of the "jaggies". At 60 frames per second, or even at 30 frames per second, the movement of the picture would be unnoticeable to the human eye, with no loss in frame rate.
Therefore we, the undersigned, ask that this technique be used on the Nintendo Wii, in the manner stated above. Playing Wii games on a large HDTV is almost unbearable and we ask that something be done.
