Article XIII in the Oak Cliff Gateway

We, the undersigned, support the use of the City of Dallas' form-based zoning provisions found in Chapter 51, Article XIII of the city development code for the Oak Cliff Gateway study area. We believe that Article XIII, which was developed due to the effort and input from many diverse groups including residents, developers, realtors, and city staff, is the best alternative for balancing growth with important neighborhood protections. The provisions currently found in the Gateway Steering Committee' proposal do not balance these considerations.
