The area of the Pulda and Skaritka farms off Georges Road is a beautiful natural open space that is worth saving!! In the township of North Brunswick, we have few areas of open space left. This property is one of the most unspoiled in Middlesex County. It would be wonderful to preserve this area for all to enjoy, including current residents of our township, as well as our future descendants.
The meetings of the Town Council and the Planning Board over the last month have made it seem as though rezoning this land from the current status of residential in order to build a Planned Adult Community is inevitable. If a Planned Adult Community (PAC) is constructed, it could mean as many as 1000 new residents in the Township. While housing for aging members of our community is important, why should this space be designated as the only appropriate spot? There are certainly more reasonable areas available for a PAC within our community. Not to mention the adverse environmental effects that such a development will have on Farrington Lake. This parcel of LAKEFRONT property should be preserved for the enjoyment of all the members of our community!

That area is to beautiful to be ruined by housing. PLus, it would add additional congestion to rt 130. It is already getting bad by the building of the townhomes and homes south of North Brunswick.
