We, the undersigned, demand that Carlisle housing associations and Carlisle city council do not to take enforcement action where people fall into arrears due to the 'bedroom tax'. This means a guarantee not to prosecute, evict or repossess the personal property of people who fall into rent arrears due to the charge.
