Ban Big Trucks from Wyandotte Street

To Windsor City Council:
Your report on truck traffic on Wyandotte St. concluded that if large trucks, including transports, were prevented from using this artery, they would travel down Ottawa St., Riverside Drive, Giles Blvd., and other narrow east west arteries. Construction at Wyandotte and Walker has prevented transports, etc from turning onto Wyandotte from Walker for months. Trucks are not using Giles, Ottawa, etc, as truck traffic is not allowed on these streets. They are using E.C. Row and other more appropriate east-west routes to get to the Detroit/Windsor tunnel, bridge, etc.
The undersigned urge Windsor City Council to do the right thing and ban these dangerous, noisy, polluting, and heavy rigs from this narrow business/residential and historically significant street ASAP. This ban would not include delivery trucks or emergency vehicles.
