Ban indoor smoking in public places in Lebanon

The rationale for smoke-free laws is to protect people from second-hand smoke, which results in an increased risk of heart disease, cancer, emphysema, and other diseases in a first place; as well as other uncomfortable effects in a second place such as intolerable smell on cloths, hair and body.
Laws implementing bans on indoor smoking have been introduced by almost all developed countries in various forms.
If we want to at least dare pretend not being a third-world country, such a law is a prerequisite in Lebanon.
