Banning all spitting from light spitting to deep throat spitting in public and on roads, pavements.
People who need spitting need to do it in a personal spitting bag and deposit such in a bin.
The pavements and roads are full of spits and little children and distracted people are stepping on them, spreading bacteria.
There should be a fine for spitting, just like for allowing your pets to urinate or defecate on floors or parks.
It is not a very human thing to do and makes me wonder if some people descend from animals or are still animals.
