Ban the death penalty

Ban the death penalty! It, being the blatant and outright violation of human rights that it is, should be banned. How are we, as a civillisation, going to succeed and prosper if we should stick to our negative thinking of revenge? Not only that, but what gives the judge and magistrate court to dictate who lives and who dies? In our ever-changing society, corruptions are rife. A judge can easily be bribed, or threatened into giving a false verdict by a corrupt government. Ever watched the show "Prison Break"? Also, the justice sytem is not perfect. If a mistake was made during investigations and the victim was sentenced to death, there is no way of ever changing the fact that he died due to someone's mistake. Death eludes no one, but no one should EVER be deprived of their right to live. Please sign this petition and make a difference today!
