Have you been robbed by Bell Canada, have you had your service disrupted and received no credits? Have you been repeatedly over billed and received no satisfaction when contacting customer service? You are not alone; in many areas of Canada this company holds a monopoly on phone and internet service and as such have no motivation to help you. Try calling their customer service and you will spend hours before you even get someone on the phone who can speak English. Their "pre-authorized" billing constantly over bills and when you call to complain the only recourse they offer is to apply a credit to your account however the credits are rarely applied and the error is often continued month after month. It is time for some regulation. If you don't pay your bill your service is cut off, however Bell Canada illegally holds your money hostage when they make a mistake. If you have an option to go with another provider in your area I strongly recommend you do so. I have lived in other areas and experienced the lack of customer service with the rest but Bell Canada is by far the worst. This company does not care, if you have been over billed, denied service that you have payed for or been otherwise robbed by this company please sign this petition. Hopefully if enough of us band together we can convince this despicable company to change their disreputable practices.
