bettys law of protection in divorce and property

THIS IS A PETITION I WANT TO INTRODUCE INTO THE FLA SENATE TO TRY AND CHANGE divorce laws that make a spouse who is going through a divorce to be able to move out of the home with out this being considered abandonment, this is for a my best friend betty gunn, leading ham who was bruttaly murdered , june 21, 07, by her to be ex LEROY AKA LEE LEADING HAM. BETTY HAD BEEN TOLD BY HER LAWYER here in lake city fl , if she left the home she would have no rights to it when she went to court for the divorce. now she will never get a chance to. i ask for everyones help in this matter. so no others have to be killed over the sake of having and interest in the home and propery. i want to call this bettys law, divorce and property protection.we cannot bring betty back, but we can be a voice that might help others in situations like she was in , thanks so very much, joann c troupe. lake city. florida
