Bill to make it Harder for Illeagal Businesses to rip People off

This bill will make it harder for illegal businesses to rip people off by sentencing the CEO of the company to 10 years in prison, if convicted by a federal grand jury, and paying a $4 million fine that will be used for compensation to the victims of these illegal businesses.
