Black Exodus From The United States

This Petition is to see how many African-Americans would like to start their own country:
Take a look around you, have you noticed all the homeless or unemployed black men walking around with backpacks on the streets; thousands and thousands in every city across the USA, but just imagine, if a strong, new black leader of the 21st century emerge and unite all these idol, broken-spirited men and mold them into a million-man workforce filled with pride and professionalism so they can have a second chance in life one that they can make themselves. It would build their character and raise their self-esteem to heights they have never known. African-Americans/Blacks need new talented, intelligent and young men to lead them into the 21st century that have a desire to lead and build a brand new nation, creating commerce and prosperity.
