Boycott the IRS 2008

I am sick and tired of financing your fraud and waste.

I refuse to provide further financial support to further the scam that we refer to as our economy which seeks to take from the many to correct the mistakes of a well-off few.

I recognize that as long as I continue to support the current broken system, I am responsible for the continued and prolonged condition of our country.

Its your prerogative if you want to come and put me in jail for what I am about to do, but I am willing to make the sacrifice because this issue is important enough to demand it.

The government lost the right to tax me when it stopped representing me and violated and dishonored (both in the letter and in spirit) the equal protection clause of the Constitution of the United States, which says that all are equal in the eyes of the law. That being the case, the needs or wants of one man or corporate entity are no more or less important than mine and therefore the government has no right to lay taxes upon me to finance those needs or wants.

This being the case, on April 15, 2009, I will not be filing my personal federal income tax return.
