Bring Back Star Wars Gamer

This petition is addressed to Wizards of the Coast, Inc., a subsidiary of Hasbro, Inc., Paizo Publishing, LLC, and to Lucasfilm Ltd.

We, the undersigned petitioners and customers of Wizards of the Coast products, do hereby give notice that we feel that the Star Wars Gamer magazine has not been given a true chance to prosper and met with an unfortunately fate by going into haitus. We also feel that the new publishing agreement with Paizo Publishing, LLC, could potentially give the Star Wars Gamer magazine the high level of quality content that the magazine was deserving of and that customers and fans were expecting from the beginning. We would like to ask all parties involved to reconsider the magazine's cancelation and realize that there is a large audience that has been looking for a definitive magazine to support the fledgling Star Wars Role-playing Game. While there were many faults with the previous magazine it still brought enriching content to the Star Wars Universe and has incredible potential to grow with the gaming community.

We hereby are giving notice that if the involved parties want the Star Wars Role-playing Game to stay competitive in this market you must give the consumer the content and supplements that help make the Star Wars universe an incredible changing dynamic. The Star Wars Gamer magazine was a great way to fill the gaps between sourcebook releases, advertise other gaming products and keep players informed of new products, strategies and answers to gameplay questions. It has become an important part of the game and should be given a second chance in the hands of Paizo Publishing, LLC.
