Bring back the N64 Style blue shells in Mario Kart

We officially request that the N64 style blue shell, which traveled along the ground hitting all ahead of the user, be brought back to the Mario Kart gaming series in replacement of the current style blue shell, which travels in the air only targeting the player in first.
The reason is that the N64 style blue shell actually helped the thrower, where as the the current style blue shell only helps the few people close enough to pass the person in first once they get hit. Usually that only includes the second, third, and occasionally the fourth placed players.
