After spending countless hours on hold (and running up my phone bill), I get transferred to another country to someone who doesn't have the best grasp of the English language and even if they did, I wouldn't be able to understand due to the strong accent.
Companies need to realise that spending a little more money and keeping call centres in the same country as customers benefits not only the customers but also the economy. Create jobs in call centres, lower unemployment. Simple!
