We the undersigned demand the Federal Government Investigate the incident of an 11 year old boy in British Columbia, with a known mental iIlness and a heart condition, being tasered by an R.C.M.P. Officer. We also demand an immediate and permanent ban on the R.C.M.P, ro any Police Force, or Officer from using such defensive weapons on any minor under 16 years old.
