Call of Duty: Black Ops Rusher's Playlist

Dear Treyarch and Activision
Everyday, thousands of people play Call of Duty: Black Ops, and after a matter of minutes turn the game off again, due to the playstyles of others, predominantly those who use perks such as Ghost and Second Chance. Running into a lobby of such players turns many people against a game that still has a lot to offer.
It is time to introduce a new playlist type, where such perks are disabled. We have seen that you have the ability to create such a playlist, and we now ask you to do so.
The things that we would ask for include:
1) Disabling perks that cause many of us excessive frustrations including Ghost and Second Chance
2) A playlist with smg class guns only
3) The ability to vote players out of a lobby, similar to voting to skip a map - this will allow players to vote out people who are not playing the game with the same mentality as others in the lobby
4) Removal of RC Cars as a killstreak
5) Removal of larger maps, to encourage more action within the match
These things could be easily tested out, similar to the short-lived Nuketown 24/7 playlist, or something similar to the new competitive playlist.
A large portion of the players who have turned their backs on Black Ops have done so because of many of the above issues. If a playlist addressing these things were to be implemented, it would have the potential to totally revitalise the game for millions of people
