campfire burning

I have a secure safe campfire, that has been extinusished twice, due to the fact that someone in town wants to complain about the smoke, who in the same sense has a fireplace in thier home and burns it without any complaints about the smoke, i never leave it unattended, it is placed over a drain which water runs under so it never gets away , I placed it in the woods not out in the open, what is the difference between having a campfire and cooking out, it all creates smoke. There is no law against it . so Please sign so we may keep our rights, to a free America...Thank You
