The costs of this 15 year lease just for rent is approx.:
$5,298,061.50
These costs do not include any of the following: taxes (business, occupancy, real estate, etc.), operating costs, proportionate share costs, adjustments, repair or replacement, waste, insurance, etc.
This building and lease arrangement is not in the best interests of the membership or those that visit the Canadian Kennel Club or use its services.
We wish to voice our protest to this lease. We are providing our name on this petition with applicable other information as required. We agree to go to the following link, print a copy of the file therein and provide an inked signature to file officially as part of this protest.

This petition is open to Canadian Kennel Club Members, Former Members, Non-Members or concerned citizens of Canada and elsewhere. This petition will be solely used to file with the applicable government agency. Copies may also be sent to law firms as required to fight this lease.
