Capital, and stiffer Punishments for children

This petition is for the return of capital punishment in Canada, for the following crimes;
-any sex crime involving persons under the age of 16,
-murder of any person under the age of 16,
-any person making or distributing child pornography involving persons under the age of 16
- Abduction of any persons under the age of 16 resulting in any of the above mentioned crimes.
Please let me elaborate on the types of abductors this is referring to;
1. Pedophiles The people in this category constitute the single largest number of child abductors. Pedophiles seem to identify with children better than with adults which is the reason why they are able to seduce/lure children easily. They appear to understand the likes and dislikes of children and show a genuine concern for their well-being.
2. Profiteers This is an individual who is a criminal exploiter who sells children to pornographers or adoption rings, mostly in the black-market industry.
3.Serial Killers The actions of these individuals are methodical and ritualized, with power, dominance, and control as the most frequent motivator.
4. Childless Psychotics These individuals tend to abduct children when there are unable to have children of their own or have lost a child and seek another to fill its place
All crimes involving children should have stiffer penalties.
All to often our children are taken from us way too early.
And the person that takes your child, is given a slap on the wrist, or sits comfortably in jail, while hard working tax payers are paying for him to be in there.
Our justice system need a serious adjustment.
We need to do this for our children.

there should not have to be a petition to stiffen the law against child abusers of any sort.. it is all our jobs to protect all children, they are our future and what are we doing for them if their abusers are being let off the hook.. someone that hurts a
