Change the TOS pay schedule

This is a petition to have the TOS pay schedule changed. Those who have signed are not happy with our current pay schedule as it can cause many woes. Most of these are including but not limited to: Late rent, truely living paycheck to paycheck, worried about if our checks will be deposited in time for the weekend, and just basically financial woes that come with a weird pay schedule.

With this current pay schedule, some checks come 13 days later, some are 21 days later. There is no pattern to our pay and therfore is very stressful. In signing this petition, you the signer agree that this HAS TO BE CHANGED. In signing this petition we are asking/demanding our pay schedule be changed to either weekly or bi-weekly pay.

I'm sure that once this petition is reviewed it will be a cleansweep vote to change the current process. In doing so, you will find that employees will be happier, and less stressed, though they may still some financial woes. In doing so, these happier and lessed stressed employees will also start to exhibit a much stronger work ethic.
