Chicago, IL potholes

My petition is for the Chicago potholes. Lot's of automotive enthusiasts including me who like to lower our car for looks, are limited by the potholes because we are afraid we will damage our cars by doing so. So far, I think that Chicago, IL, especially cook county, has the worst roads in the country. For the past two years, I've changed almost 6 tires, and lost 2 oil pans in my car. This is really ridiculous. Look at Germany. They have beautiful roads. Or look more into the country, like Pennsylvania. They have almost perfect roads, and if you live there, you will notice a lot of Volkswagen's (and some other cars) slammed with couple of inches between their oil pans and the road surface.
