child care for middle class families

First off I would like to start off by, I am a single working mother who cannot afford daycare. Daycare for the middle class families is very diffcult for us in many ways such as: *being to expensive *not being able to make payments *DHS giving middle class families only working hours and not only school hours to bring there child(ren) to daycare The main problem with daycare for myself and for other parents who are going threw the similar issues is my child has speech delay and the day care he is going to now provides excellent attention to his needs and for myself its a gamble for me to bring him because of the expense its costing me. The Department of Human Services only provides daycare for working parents with a lot of hours, and pay no attention to parents who work and go to school, because if you are enrolled in school part-time and working a few hours such as an example as 15 hours perweek you may not qualify for daycare. That needs to be changed for the middle class families.
