Children Have Voices

I respectfully submit this petition on the grounds of Violation of My Civil Rights under the American Disabilities Act under Color of Law, by the State of South Carolina, where I resided with my children for 6 years, and the State of Virginia, Prince William County and Manassas City, Virginia where I was born and raised. The Government Agencies threatened me in SC if I did not move out of SC due to my accidentally stumbling onto a crystal meth lab in my home, that none of the Police Agencies, nor the Local FBI in SC, would investigate for me and my children. My ex-husband is on the SC Sex Offender Registry and left me for an alternative lifestyle with another man and are now involved in a deviant sex/drug cult that involves the abuse of children. Yet, these men are getting the Government Protection, while my children and I suffer from the mental and emotional torment that they subjected us to along with the SC Government Agencies helping them cover-up the abuse. I was also falsely arrested by the Manassas City Police Department in Manassas, Virginia, so that the Fact that they were the Jurisdiction in charge when my ex-husband was allowed to leave the state of VA, after having to resign his position at the Manassas City Engine Company when they discovered that he was Downloading Child Pornography onto the City Computer in the Firehouse. Instead of prosecuting him, they allowed him to "quietly leave" the State without telling me of how serious a crime he had committed and knowing that I have 2 minor female children to protect. He was then arrested in SC for committing the same crime. My false arrest has been noll processed, however they tell me that it has to be at "my expense" to have it expunged from my record.

REABUSED BY SEX OFFENDER HUSBAND AFTER HE GOT INTO A CULT IN S.C.WITH TARGET BEING SEXUALLY DEVIANT BEHAVIOR DIRECTED AT CHILDREN AND MYSELF, NOW IS OCCUSING ME OF ISSUES, THAT I CAN PROVE ARE NOT TRUE, DUE TO MY ACCIDENTALLY FINDING HIS AND HIS NEW "BOYFRIEND's" METH LAB IN MY HOME IN SC. SC IS COVERING THIS UP MAKING ME OUT TO BE THE OFFENDER TO PROTECT THEMSELVES.

Question: How do I receive legal assistance through the North Carolina Justice Dept. and legal representation under the American Disabilities Act because my ex-husband is attacking me mentally, emotionally through my Mental Disability. Where can I go for legal assistance in NC where I reside so that I do not have to re-visit SC where my life has been threatened if I return there? Whom can I TRUST? Are there any MPD Specialists in the NC area? I have read on the internet that SC is trying to indict me on charges that my ex-husband is guilty of, thereby, working and assisting him in this cover-up to protect themselves. I have been on Social Security Disability since 1993 after having been diagnosed by a Psychiatrist/Specialist in that field of expertise, only now to have become the victim of re-abuse by a deviant ex-husband that is getting support from SC Government and I am their TARGET.

Can anyone support this concern that I have whereby the victim is accused of being the criminal and the criminal is getting away with illegal abuse and drug manufacturing?
