CIRA to Distinguish Between Business and Non-Business URLs in dot-ca Domain Name Registrations

For example, in the United States of America business websites end in dot-com while government agencies end in dot-gov. In the United Kingdom business websites end in dot-co-dot-uk while government departments end in dot-gov-dot-uk. There is no difference in the domain name registration for Canada so all websites, businesses and government departments, end in dot-ca.
Not only is this confusing for Internet users but we believe it to be irresponsible and must be rectified.
