As a concerned citizen of Eau Claire, I am against the construction of buildings on Water Street with a height above 3 Stories. I believe large buildings on Water Street are not in the best interest of the city because:
1. Traffic Congestion and Parking Issues on Water Street
2. The Historical Preservation of Water Street
3. The potential rise in crime because of unsupervised private dormitories.
