Civil Right's Petition for the Entertainer

We believe it is the right of the actor to be eligible for union membership, on a spur of the moment's basis, without needing the permission, or consent of any other individual, or third party. The change would simply be for the better of all future generations of performing artist's seeking to obtain entrance into the actor's union, SAG. By signing this petition, we are fighting for the rights of the performing artist to be eligible for union membership without needing, or waiting/suffering at the hands of any third party authorization. The performing artist should be eligible for SAG union membership at their own free-will.
This would allow the actor or actress to be a member of the actor's union--SAG (necessary in accordance with current move studio regulations), without having to take abuse, harassment, or neglect from any third party prior to becoming a member of SAG. This means the actor would be allowed to join the union at his/her own free-will, without needing permission from any other third party or organization. This would eliminate any permissions previously required via authorization of any third party via Taft Hartley, vouchers, or any other written PERMISSION SLIP.
We, the undersigned, are fighting for free-will and for the Civil Right of every actor/entertainer/model/comedian/dancer/performing artist in America. By allowing the performing artist's to become a member of SAG at his/her own free-will, performing artist's WILL BE FREED of all future hardships, stress, and inhumane cruelty suffered in years of waiting time that are currently obstructing the performing artist by limiting the artist to the restraints of needing to be granted permission prior to being accepted or allowed into the very union that will honor their rights as performing artist's.
IT IS NOT right that under current regulation the actor must wait for permission to enter the actor's union, SAG, from the very same agent that is abusing them! The performing artist's will not stand for this kind of abuse or suffering on the future generations of performing artist's! The granting of, entrance into the actor's union--SAG, held by discrimination, IS by far California's Greatest Injustice, and we want it to change!
We are against the actor/entertainer/performing artist being forced to wait for permission from a minimal "select" third party currently authorized to Taft Hartley, or grant vouchers. Waiting means suffering, and the performing artist should not have to wait to pursue their American Dream! The actor/entertainer/performing artist absolutely should not have to wait to pursue their goals, their dreams, their jobs from another third party who may be less intelligible, on drugs, on vacation, too busy, traveling, or just plain drunk! The entertainer should not have to wait/suffer for this, forced to waste their PRECIOUS TIME waiting to be allowed entrance into the union! Currently the actor/entertainer/performing artist/model/comedian/dancer must wait, suffering, sometimes for an inhumane number of cruel years just SIMPLY in having to wait for permission to be ELIGIBLE to join the union and become a member, allowing the performing artist the right to protect themselves.
The actor/entertainer/performing artist has Civil Rights too. We, the undersigned, GRANT PERMISSION to every actor/entertainer/performing artist/model/comedian/dancer in America, across the Nation, the individual right to become a member of the actor's union, SAG, at the free-will of the actor!
We, the undersigned, would like to see every performing artist across the nation the opportunity to become a union member at their own free-will, without needing the permission or authorization of any other third party or organization. This would do absolute greatness for the rest of the community because by allowing each actor the individual right to pursue a job in their field of expertise, this would in itself distribute the wealth amongst the community. By allowing every actor in America the right to join the actor's union themselves, this would allow the jobs to exist for everyone in the community, thereby distributing the wealth amongst the community.
Whereas, under current regulation, the actor must wait for permission to enter the actor's union from the agent, producer, or authorizing third party--the very legal sector that is CURRENTLY ONLY authorizing jobs to "deserving" person(s), or particular groups of people that have millions of dollars in their bank accounts. i.e. Paris Hilton, Angelina Jolie, etc. In reality, these are the last people in the community who need the jobs, but because of current regulation, those authorized to grant entrance into SAG pursue giving the jobs to these people with millions of dollars. In other words, everyone authorized to grant permission is running to give the jobs only to the people with millions of dollars. This leads to the explanation of why the other nine million people in Los Angeles (the rest of the community) are suffering from some of the highest levels of poverty in the nation and the communities are suffering without the jobs needed by the people in the community to help the community thrive as it should. Under current regulation, the rest of the community is not being granted permission to enter their job sector, or specifically, in this case, SAG, the actor's union. This is why the individual actor must be granted their Civil Right by law to join the actor's union themselves--at the individual freewill of the actor. By doing so, this would allow everyone in the community to pursue a job at their own free-will, and therefore, distribute the wealth amongst the community. This would be very great for the City of Los Angeles, and for the United States of America, because it would allow every actor in every community the access to the jobs every actor needs to help his/her individual community thrive. (vs. only granting permission of entrance into the union to the people with the most money, or to those who need the jobs the least)
By allowing the performing artist the Civil Right to become a member of the actor's union, SAG, at the actor's own free-will, it would allow the individual actor their Civil Right's to be free to choose their own entrance when the time is right for that particular artist, freeing the suffering performing artist from any third party abuse, harassment, neglect or DISCRIMINATION via voucher, Taft Hartley, or any other discriminatory "authorization" prior to becoming a member of SAG. The actor would no longer be forced to waste their beautiful lives suffering, for years, in red tape and political torture without the union protection they need to survive in the entertainment industry of today.
The signatures on this petition represent freedom. We are in favor of supporting a freed artist. We are in favor of supporting future generations of performing artists, entertainers, actors, models, dancers, and comedians that will no longer be forced to adhere to the unnecessary necessity (not limited or controlled) of third party approvals by any other third party (via any form or note, voucher, or permissions excused) prior to becoming a union member themselves. These changes desperately needed will provide the performing artist the Civil Right to become a union member at the actor's free-will. This would enable the performing artist's of future generations alike the opportunity to protect themselves by being able to walk over and sign up to become a member of SAG, the actor's union, when the actor or performing artist is good and ready TO THEIR OWN RIGHT.
By signing and supporting this petition, entrance into SAG would be at the free-will of the actor/entertainer/performing artist, and therefore, would be eligible to willingly take care of themselves under union protection without being forced to subdue to inhumane cruelty, discrimination, harassment, neglect, or abuse of any kind while waiting for third party permissions.
