CTC Staff Retention (David Marquina)

We the undersigned respectfully request that the Town of Cary provide competitive compensation packages to the staff at the Cary Tennis Center in an attempt to retain and attract high quality teaching professionals. We believe this will help keep the high caliber junior academy & adult clinic programs intact. It is also our understanding that David Marquina will be leaving CTC for Raleigh Racquet Club. David has helped build the Junior Academy and adult clinic programs since he started at CTC 1 years ago. We also feel that it would be in the best interest of CTC to provide David Marquina incentive to stay at CTC.
