CYDC Corps Supports CYCLE

We the members of the 2005-2006 City Year Washington DC (CYDC) Corps do hereby place our signature to this petition in support of our fellow corps members on the City Year Campaign For Literacy Education (CYCLE) team.

We identify in their concerns and unite behind their efforts to reform the current organizational structure of the team for the future service of other corps members to come.

We furthermore urge the careful reading of their "Memo of Service" and urge the Senior Management Team to be open-minded in their consideration of the issues raised and stances taken within the document.

United in service we join our hands together asking for your consideration of recommendations being placed before you by the members of the CYCLE team to make serving in their role more fulfilling.

While we may not agree with every exact detail of the document at hand, we are steadfast in our resolve to support our fellow corps members in their attempts to increase the effectiveness of this vital team and part of CYDC's culture.
