The statement or purpose of this petition is to show how many people were unjustly treated by Hothead Games and to form a coalition to not endorse, purchase or support Hothead products and also to promote how unfair they've treated their customers.
This can all be avoided and we will continue to support Hothead games if they provide a fix, in a timely manner, that does not ruin our save game and also does not ruin any feature of the remaining game.
The people that sign this petition are stating that they purchased Deathspank, Thongs of Virtue, for the XBOX 360 or PSN, and had their game destroyed from the Reindeer glitch, ear muff glitch, Roodolph glitch or any other glitch that came from playing the game the way it was meant to be played and resulted in the inability to complete the game it was meant to be completed. By signing this petition, you also agree to make an effort to let other potential customers know what Hothead games has done and why it is in their best interest to not support greedy companies like Hothead, I mean 1600 points for Penny Arcade 1 and 1200 points for Penny Arcade 2? Maybe 1 is a bigger game, but still, $35 for two XBLA or PSN games, and then we can't get ANY Q&A support on your products, your crime against us will not go unpunished.
