As American citizen, we will not be bound by any treaty signed by the President of the United States that cedes sovereignty of the United States, or any of any State thereof, or of any of its citizens to any organization, government, or foreign power, including the United Nations. Specifically, we we will not be bound by any agreement signed at the Copenhagen Climate Conference 2009.
We will use any means at our disposal to undermine any such agreements or treaties. We will defy any authority. We will use our rights under the United States Constitution, relying specifically on the Ninth and Tenth Amendments.
And for the support of this Declaration, with a firm reliance on the protection of Divine Providence, we mutually pledge to each other our Lives, our Fortunes, and our sacred Honor.
