Today on March 20, 2003 Mrs. Corbin and the Brownsburg Community School Corporation stated that students and teachers are not allowed to watch TV during school to keep up with the war. They state, " We believe that you should decide how much and what part of that your children should view. On the other hand we will not "bury our heads" that a war is occuring, and teachers will make decisions about the depth and length o discussions about the war based on the age of the children." Why not allow high school students to witness it live instead of have to read it?

It may be dangerous to not keep up with the war. What if the news is saying the world is ending in the next hour. the students wouldnt know and would be doing geometry instead of going to their familys to be together
