As stated in the preamble of the Universal Human Rights Declaration, Whereas it is essential, if man is not to be compelled to have recourse, as a last resort, to rebellion against tyranny and oppression, that human rights should be protected by the rule of law. We, the undersigned, as believing in the importance of defending human rights for peace and prosperity amongst nations in the world, do hereby protest the continued and deliberate public ignorance, by governments and parliament members, for the human rights violation committed by the Apartheid Israeli Regime, A.I.R., against Palestinian people.

As stated in Article 2 of the Universal Human Rights Declaration, Everyone is entitled to all the rights and freedoms set forth in this Declaration, without distinction of any kind, such as race, colour, sex, language, religion, political or other opinion, national or social origin, property, birth or other status. Furthermore, no distinction shall be made on the basis of the political, jurisdictional or international status of the country or territory to which a person belongs, whether it be independent, trust, non-self-governing or under any other limitation of sovereignty.

Therefore, Palestinian people are no exception for the entitlement to all rights and freedoms set in the Universal Human Rights Declaration.

Moreover, and as stated in Article 30 of the Universal Human Rights Declaration, Nothing in this Declaration may be interpreted as implying for any State, group or person any right to engage in any activity or to perform any act aimed at the destruction of any of the rights and freedoms set forth herein. the Israeli Apartheid Regime has no RIGHT to VIOLATE HUMAN RIGHTS OF THE PALESTINIAN PEOPLE.

As stated in Article 3 of the Universal Human Rights Declaration(UHRD),
Everyone has the right to life, liberty and security of person., and therefore, Apartheid Israeli Regime (A.I.R) does not have the right to threat patients lives in Gaza by depriving them from the necessary medical supplies. A.I.R. does not have the right to continue its occupation of the land occupied in 1967 as that contradicts to the right of Palestinian people to live with liberty. A.I.R., also, does not have the right to endanger Palestinian civilians security by threatening to demolish their houses under any circumstances.

As stated in Article 5 of the UHRD,
No one shall be subjected to torture or to cruel, inhuman or degrading treatment or punishment. The A.I.R. way of treating the more-than-11000 kidnapped Palestinian civilians in A.I.R. jails, is in violation of human rights, as reports of torture in the A.I.R. jails are constantly announced.

As stated in Article 7 of the UHRD,
All are equal before the law and are entitled without any discrimination to equal protection of the law. All are entitled to equal protection against any discrimination in violation of this Declaration and against any incitement to such discrimination. A.I.R. soldiers that killed civilian demonstrating Arabic Citizens of A.I.R. were sentenced to pay a few dollars as a penalty. How does that protect Arabic Citizens of the A.I.R. and how does that provide Arabic Citizens equal protection with other citizens against the law.

As stated in Article 9 of the UHRD,
No one shall be subjected to arbitrary arrest, detention or exile. A.I.R. has more than 11000 Palestinian civilians in its jails, including more than 40 PARLIAMENT MEMBERS, many of them are held without trials for years. Moreover, A.I.R. practices exile as if it were one of its rights against Palestinian people especially against Palestinian militants who are striving for the freedom of their people.

As stated in Article 13 of the UHRD,
13.1. Everyone has the right to freedom of movement and residence within the borders of each State. A.I.R. does not have the right to encircle the Palestinian villages in the west bank with CONCRETE WALLS, and, hence, deprive the Palestinian civilians their liberty and threaten their lives and security. A.I.R. does not have the right to place Gaza people under siege and forbid them from traveling in and out freely without obstacles.
13.2. Everyone has the right to leave any country, including his own, and to return to his country. The Palestinian civilians who had to leave their lands in 1948 have all the right to return to their lands and the A.I.R. failure to acknowledge that right is a violation of human rights.

As stated in Article 15 of the UHRD,
15.1. Everyone has the right to a nationality. A.I.R. Arabic citizens in occupied eastern Jerusalem, have only resident ID not a Nationality ID, although A.I.R. considers occupied eastern Jerusalem part of the A.I.R. state.
15.2. No one shall be arbitrarily deprived of his nationality nor denied the right to change his nationality. A.I.R. Arabic citizens are continually threatened to be deprived their nationality, or resident ID in case of occupied east Jerusalem.

As stated in Article 16 of the UHRD,
1. Men and women of full age, without any limitation due to race, nationality or religion, have the right to marry and to found a family. They are entitled to equal rights as to marriage, during marriage and at its dissolution.
2. Marriage shall be entered into only with the free and full consent of the intending spouses.
3. The family is the natural and fundamental group unit of society and is entitled to protection by society and the State.

Palestinian civilians are not allowed to marry non-Palestinians, and when they do they are not allowed to have their marriage partners into their lands. They are also not allowed to marry Arabic Citizens of the A.I.R. Even daughters and sons of the allowed marriages are challenged to leave their families under laws that fight against the unity of the family.

As stated in Article 17 of the UHRD,
1. Everyone has the right to own property alone as well as in association with others.
2. No one shall be arbitrarily deprived of his property.

Palestinian refugees are deprived their right to keep their properties in now-called-Israel by being deprived their right of return to their lands, as described in comments at Article 13.2. Moreover, due to the legally condemned wall being built on the Palestinian lands of the west bank, civilians lands, that draw the attention of the wall trajectory designers, are constantly being expropriated for the sake of that illegal wall.

As stated in Article 18 of the UHRD,
Everyone has the right to freedom of thought, conscience and religion; this right includes freedom to change his religion or belief, and freedom, either alone or in community with others and in public or private, to manifest his religion or belief in teaching, practice, worship and observance.

Thus, A.I.R. does not have the right to deny Palestinian civilians their right to do their prayers, worship, in the Aqsa Mosque in occupied east Jerusalem as A.I.R. keeps doing under various unacceptable excuses such as age limits that contradict and interfere with the religious beliefs of the worshippers.

As stated in Article 19 of the UHRD,
Everyone has the right to freedom of opinion and expression; this right includes freedom to hold opinions without interference and to seek, receive and impart information and ideas through any media and regardless of frontiers.

Therefore, Palestinians have the total right to hold to their rights and to elect the government they determine it represents them, without being starved to death or deprived their medical supplies and necessary fuel to operate hospitals and ambulances, and without being deprived the ability to export and import goods as part of their trade, as is going on in Gaza.

As stated in Article 20 of the UHRD,
20.1 Everyone has the right to freedom of peaceful assembly and association. [Without fearing of being Crushed by a bulldozer while peacefully protecting a house from being demolished by an Israeli bulldozer, like happened with 23-year-old American Rachel Corrie, and without fearing of being shot dead like happened with 21-year-old Thomas Hundall who was standing between Palestinian children and Israeli occupational army, taking photos. Also, without fearing of being targeted by grenades and gunshots as happens to civilian demonstrations against the continuous building of the A.I.R. wall in the west bank in Balein village.]

As stated in Article 21 of the UHRD,
1. Everyone has the right to take part in the government of his country, directly or through freely chosen representatives.
[i.e. Without fearing that taxes to the elected government will be held with the occupational forces to place obstacles against the normal functionality of the elected government, and without worrying from collective punishments against the people of Gaza because of their democratic choice]
2. Everyone has the right to equal access to public service in his country.
[i.e. Regardless of his political party]
3. The will of the people shall be the basis of the authority of government; this will shall be expressed in periodic and genuine elections which shall be by universal and equal suffrage and shall be held by secret vote or by equivalent free voting procedures.
[i.e. will of the people and not the will of the occupational forces to select the representatives that suit the occupational political positions. A.I.R. is emplacing collective punishments against the free will of the people of Gaza and the west bank; and is even arresting the elected parliament members.]

As stated in Article 23 of the UHRD,
23.1. Everyone has the right to work, to free choice of employment, to just and favourable conditions of work and to protection against unemployment.

A.I.R. is deliberately destroying Palestinian civilians farms to disable farmers from planting, i.e. working. Also, A.I.R. is deliberately forbidding Gaza people from importing materials that are necessary to enable their work to go on. In addition, A.I.R. siege against Gaza forbids Gaza people from exporting their products to the outside world, which also does not make it a favorable condition of work and does not protect against unemployment, but rather destroys the chances for prosperous employment opportunities.

For the above, and more, we, the undersigned, find the Apartheid Israeli Regime in violation of the Universal Human Rights Declaration in, at least, Articles 3,5,7,9,13,15,16,17,18,19,20,21,23, and therefore,

We call for an international stand against the crimes of the A.I.R., by:

-Stopping all kinds of weaponry agreements with the occupational A.I.R. as long as it doesnt recognize the Palestinian human rights, and as long as the A.I.R. does not acknowledge the right of the Palestinian refugees to return to their properties that they had to evacuate in 1948 in order to avoid getting killed by the immigrant Zionist gangs supported by the British occupation at the time.

-Calling on the A.I.R. to release all civilian Palestinian prisoners, including all elected parliament members.

-Calling on the A.I.R. to immediately stop the non humanitarian siege against the people in Gaza, thus allowing people of Gaza to freely travel in and out of Gaza, freely engage in all acts of trade by importing and exporting goods, and to freely receive the medical and fuel supplies needed for normal and healthy life for the people of Gaza.

-Calling on the A.I.R. to immediately stop building the wall on the lands of the occupied west bank, return all expropriated lands to their owners, and compensate the land owners for the damage and loss imposed by their land expropriation.

-Calling on the A.I.R. to immediately stop building, and remove, settlements (military colonies) on the lands occupied in 1967.

-Considering the 15th of May an international day for human rights for Palestinian people against the oppression of the A.I.R.

If the A.I.R. keeps ignoring the human rights of the Palestinian people, we call for boycotting A.I.R. goods until the full and complete recognition of the Palestinian rights.
