Demand for Football Referee Video Aids

Dear Mr. Blatter,

We, as devoted football fans, would like to ask FIFA to help improve the fairness in the game by using technology that is seen in sports as American Football, Tennis, Rugby and so on.

During this World Cup, we saw the competitiveness and the atmosphere of some games being killed by unfair referee decisions. We did not condemn the referees concerned as they are all human. We all make mistakes and that is the reason for introducing technology into the games.

There are always difficulties to introduce a breakthrough and that is why we need a strong leader in football with a long term vision.

Nosotros, como devotos fanaticos del futbol, nos gustaria dirigirnos a la FIFA con el motivo de mejorar la equidad en este deporte a traves de la implementacion de la tecnologia que se utiliza actualmente en deportes como el futbol americano, tenis, rugby y muchos otros.

Durante el presente mundial se vio que la competitividad y la atmosfera de algunos juegos fue drasticamente reducida por decisiones objetivamente injustas determinadas por algunos arbitros. No consideramos a los arbitros culpables por errores que son netamente humanos, pero creemos que de existir la tecnologia previamente mencionada, estos errores podrian ser disminuidos en su totalidad.

Siempre han existido dificultades cuando nuevas tecnologia son implementabas, pero creemos que cambios como estos beneficiarian al futbol como deporte en el largo plazo.

Durante esta Copa do Mundo, a competitividade e a atmosfera de alguns jogos foram comprometido por decisoes injustas de arbitragem. Nao condenamos os arbitros, por que todos eles sao humanos. Nos todos cometemos erros e esse e o motivo para a introducao de tecnologia nos jogos.

Sempre existem dificuldades e problemas para introduzir um avanco; por isso que precisamos de um lider forte no futebol com uma visao a longo prazo.

Als uberzeugte Freunde des Fussballs treten wir an Sie heran mitzuhelfen, Fairness im Fussballspiel zu fordern und Technologien einzufuhren, wie sie bereits in anderen Sportarten wie American Football, Tennis und Rugby erfolgreich verwendet werden .

Wahrend dieser Weltmeisterschaft haben wir miterlebt wie Spiel und Atmosphare einiger Begegnungen durch krasse Fehlentscheidungen der Schiedsrichter zerstort wurden. Wir wollen dabei nicht die Schiedsrichter verurteilen, da menschliche Fehler unvermeidbar sind. Wir alle machen Fehler und daher sollten wir auf vorhandene Technologien zuruckgreifen um solche Fehler zu vermeiden.

Wir verstehen, dass Veranderungen in einem Traditionssport schwer durchzusetzen sind, daher hoffen wir auf Ihre Fuhrungsstarke und Ihre Visionen fur die Zukunft diese wichtigen Schritte umzusetzen.

Noi, in quanto devoti appassionati di calcio, vorremmo chiedere alla Fifa di migliorare la precisione delle decisioni arbitrali usando la stessa tecnologia vista in sport come il football americano, il tennis e il rugby.

Nel corso di questa Coppa del Mondo, siamo stati colpiti dall'agonismo e dall'atmosfera di alcune partite, emozioni poi "uccise" da decisioni arbitrali non corrette.
Noi non condanniamo gli arbitri coinvolti nelle suddette decisioni, perche sono esseri umani e, come tali, possono sbagliare.
Tutti quanti noi commettiamo degli errori e questa e la ragione per introdurre la tecnologia necessaria a far si che cio non avvenga, a far si che il risultato delle partite sia espressione della bravura dei giocatori e non di sviste arbitrali.

Ci sono sempre difficolta quando si introduce una svolta notevole e questo e il motivo per il quale abbiamo bisogno nel calcio di un leader forte e deciso con una visione a lungo termine.

우리는 충실한 축구팬으로서 축구경기가 미식축구, 테니스, 럭비등이 최신 기술을 사용하듯이 FIFA가 경기의 공정성을 향상시켜 줬으면 합니다.

이 번 월드컵경기에서 심판의 불합리한 결정으로 경기의 경쟁과 흐름이 다운되는것을 보았습니다. 꼭 심판을 질책하는 것만은 아닙니다. 그들도 그냥 평범한 사람일 테니까요. 사람은 종종 잘못을 할 수 있고 그렇기에 꼭 과학기술을 도입해야 한다는 것입니다.

기존관례를 타파하기 쉽지 않은거 알지만 그렇기에 축구종목에 실력있고 장기적으로 장족의 발전을 시킬수 있은 훌륭한 지도자가 필요한 것입니다.
