Derechos y Proteccion a los Animales en San Luis Rio Colorado

Hola.
Somos HAGAMOS EL MILAGRO, Asociacion Protectora de Caninos y Felinos de San Luis Rio Colorado, Sonora Mexico.

Solicitamos de tu colaboracion firmando esta peticion para hacer que dentro del "Reglamento del Bando de Policia y Buen Gobierno de San Luis Rio Colorado Sonora, Mexico" se incluyan leyes para proteger a los perros, gatos y otros animales en nuestra ciudad y sanciones administrativas y de carcel a las personas que los maltraten y abandonen.

Ellos, los animalitos, tambien tienen derechos universales ya proclamados y aceptados durante convenciones internacionales aplicables a cualquier ciudad, asentamiento o poblacion, asi que por medio de esta peticion te pedimos que nos apoyes firmando la peticion para que en nuestra ciudad, San Luis Rio Colorado Sonora, los animalitos tengan la proteccion de las autoridades y puedan tener una vida digna, feliz y se les respete como seres vivos y para que a las personas que los maltratan o abandonan se les apliquen multas e incluso penas carcelarias por su crueldad.
