Destituição de Domingos Névoa da presidência da Braval

Considerando que Domingos Névoa foi eleito, por unanimidade, presidente da empresa intermunicipal Braval, de modo indigno para a democracia, a transparência e a luta contra a corrupção.

Considerando que o referido cidadão foi condenado a 23 de Fevereiro pelo crime de corrupção activa, na sequência da tentativa de corrupção do vereador da Câmara de Lisboa José Sá Fernandes.

Considerando que como agente corruptor Domingos Névoa deve merecer a censura e não o prémio daqueles que são eleitos pelo povo para gerirem a coisa pública.

Os abaixo-assinados reclamam junto das câmaras municipais de Braga, Póvoa de Lanhoso, Amares, Vila Verde, Terras de Bouro e Vieira do Minho, para que reconsiderem na sua decisão e destituam Domingos Névoa do cargo para que foi eleito.
