DHMO Ban

Dihydrogen monoxide, or DHMO, or Hydric Acid is a dangerous substance, known to many as the invisible killer. Many have died inhaling DHMO, as it also causes millions of dollars of property damage annually. Statistically, DHMO claims thousands of lives every year and yet, athletes are known to have used DHMO to enhance their performance. It has been in our atmosphere for at least a hundred years, making it the key component of acid rain. It also contributes to at least 15\% of global warming.

The severity of DHMO isn't considered as a serious threat by the Federal government. Yet, this product can be constructed from isopropyl alcohol [rubbing alcohol], and marijuana plants. DHMO has been found in many prisons, public schools, polluted lakes/rivers, and many of our common consumer products to add an adherent effect on the human body.

We must take affirmative action and ban DHMO from our schools, medical facilities, and prevent any smuggling of the chemical into prisons.
