Dear Sirs,
Since Evo Morales became president he has been taking authoritarian and unconstitutional measures that violate Human Rights, civilian institutions and the security of all Bolivians. Evo Morales is fomenting racism, divisions and confrontations, putting at stake democracy and freedom.
Therefore, the undersigned request NOT to consider Evo Morales as a candidate to the Nobel Peace Prize.

Desde que Evo Morales asumio la presidencia esta tomando autoritarias e inconstitucionales medidas que violan los Derechos Humanos, las instituciones civiles y la seguridad de todos los bolivianos. Evo Morales esta fomentando el racismo, las divisiones y los enfrentamientos, poniendo en riesgo la democracia y la libertad.
Por tanto, los abajo firmantes solicitamos que NO se considere a Evo Morales como candidato al Premio Nobel de la Paz.
