In het nieuwe woon- en werkcomplex Citй te Rotterdam is het niet mogelijk om Digitale TV aan te schaffen via de kabel leverancier van het gebouw (UPC). Volgens UPC doordat er geen signaal terug kan worden ontvangen. Wij als Citй bewoners eisen dat "Stadswonen" als eigenaar van Citй samen met UPC om de tafel gaat zitten en zorgt dat wij voor 4,50 per maand extra digitale TV kunnen ontvangen
