The Mayor of Rome has used the Disabled and Handicapped Citizens of Rome New York to vote for him, basically promising them if he got voted in that he would give them the world with a fence around it. Well People, he got voted in but has not done a Damn thing for these citizens. As everyone knows It is Wrong to use Handicapped people to get into anything just because of their conditions, but Mayor Joe Fusco does not seem to think so, He has lied to many people and is Not a man that needs a such job as Mayor.
