To Voters in the state of Maryland don't vote for Martin "O" Malley and brown because Martin "O" Malley the main candidate for governor of Maryland. Martin "O" Malley has allow fear of all types including letting the Police Chief do whatever he wants to including letting him to order his police officers to arrest whoever they want for nothing. Also Martin "O" Malley allows his Board of Education to do whatever they want by not following federal law in everything.
