Do Not Mistreat the Animals of America

I believe that the mistreating of any domesticated animal, unless under self-defense or to put that animal out of suffering, should be illegal. I have seen many a child AND adult kill an animal for no reason. This is inhumane and wrong. We as Americans believe in freedom, but rembering that we forget about our animal friends! I sicerely believe this and that this petition is my own work and no one else.
