I am Greatly against the easy & early release of Violent Offenders.
In this case specifically the early release of John Richard Morgan
GA Inmate # 372138.
And without Publishing this info w/photo to the local citizenry.

I am greatly outraged that 'Ricky' is being considered for early release!
The full 5 year sentence is not nearly enough -
for Pressing his .45 against my Daughter's forehead &
ending her 15 year old life!
The State of Georgia - in this shows little regard for Human Life.
The State of Georgia - in this shows little regard for the Murder of a Child.
Is the Rockdale & Newton county areas being notified that this
Violent Offender / Child Murderer is being released early?
Please Do Not allow this early release!
